The Launch: The new cookies start being available for sale Monday morning when stores are open. The End: You only have until closing time on Saturday night to grab that week’s flavors. (Crumbl stores do not open on Sundays).

The “Rotating Menu of crumble cookies” is the signature business model. It causes scarcity and excitement. By only having certain flavors available for 6 days, that encourages their customers to come every week so that they don’t miss out.
With over 300+ flavors in their “vault” this system enables them to keep the menu fresh and relevant to the season.
Are all locations provided the same menu?
Mostly, yes. Every Crumbl location across the country has the same 4 rotating weekly flavors, and the 6 permanent classics.
